BloomTree Realty launched in August of 2014 based on a set of core values that the founders believe are more reflective of how agents would prefer to do business. The same values that are proven to be present in healthy communities and individuals. Values that also run counter to how most brokerages operate in this dog eat dog industry.

Do Values really matter in this complex world of real estate where it seems agents have been pitted against each other and against the brokerage in an “every man for himself” environment?

But when those cultural notions are simply providing lip service instead of providing real programs, training and a compensation system designed to reinforce those core values, there exists no real cultural glue to create a community of committed professionals.

How well has this new model performed in its hometown of Prescott, Arizona where it competes with most major national brands and a plethora of independent companies?

BloomTree started with a handful of productive agents in August of 2014 and now has a roster of about 150 agents. In January of 2016 BloomTree reached a milestone; it became number one in sales volume and number one in agent count against companies that have been operating in the same market for ten, twenty and even thirty years.

BloomTree is proving that agents have a strong interest in how companies do business, not just in how much of the split the company takes from the agent.
